+ Silver Art Projects has announced the Art in Residence program, which has awarded 25 artists with an up to 8 month, free of charge residency at 4 World Trade Center in New York City. The non profit artist residency is sponsored by Silverstein Properties, which has been a leader in the revival of Lower Manhattan. Over 500 applicants applied for the privilege, which were carefully reviewed by a jury of art world professionals.
